Reliable, dignified rides to treatment appointments, recovery meetings, medical care, and other approved activities — so that logistics never become a reason to miss recovery.
Transportation is one of the most common and overlooked barriers to sustained recovery. When someone can't get to their treatment appointment, their AA meeting, or their doctor — the consequences can be serious.
Hope & Chance provides transportation assistance to help residents in our supportive housing program remain consistently engaged in their recovery — removing the logistical obstacles that too often derail progress.
Every ride is dignified, judgment-free, and delivered by individuals who understand that showing up is the whole battle.
Request TransportationTransportation assistance is provided as part of our Supportive Recovery Housing program for qualifying residents. Rides are provided to approved recovery-related activities — including treatment, medical appointments, recovery meetings, employment activities, and other destinations directly supporting the individual's recovery program. This service supports housing program residents and is subject to program availability.
Every ride we provide is more than a drive — it is a commitment to show up for the people in our program, consistently and without judgment.
Every driver and support person understands recovery. You will never be made to feel ashamed or less-than for needing a ride.
Rides are arranged around your treatment and recovery schedule — so you never have to choose between a session and finding a way there.
Rides are provided in a safe, comfortable environment that respects your privacy and supports your wellbeing.
Every ride we provide is one fewer reason to miss an appointment — and every appointment attended is a step forward in recovery.
Our team responds quickly. Every conversation is confidential and judgment-free.
