Hope and Chance Integrated Health is a Washington State nonprofit corporation (UBI: 605172002) providing recovery support services including housing assistance, transportation, peer mentorship, and wraparound services. We are not a licensed clinical mental health or substance use disorder treatment provider.
When you use our contact form or other web forms, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, the nature of your request, your county or general location, and any information you voluntarily share. Donation payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal — we do not receive or store card or banking information.
