Our Services

Comprehensive wraparound support designed to address every dimension of recovery — housing, transportation, peer mentorship, and life stabilization.

"A safe home is the foundation that makes everything else in recovery possible."

Primary SupportRecovery Housing

Safe, sober, and structured living environments are the cornerstone of lasting recovery. Our recovery homes provide residents with 24/7 peer support, clear expectations, and a genuine sense of community.

We understand that when someone has nowhere safe to sleep, no treatment plan — however excellent — can fully take hold. Recovery housing removes that barrier entirely.

  • Sober, structured living environments
  • 24/7 peer support access
  • Clear expectations and accountability structures
  • Genuine community and belonging

Barrier RemovalTransportation Support

Getting to treatment appointments, AA/NA meetings, and essential services is one of the most common barriers preventing people from staying in recovery. Our transportation program eliminates that barrier entirely.

We provide reliable, dignified rides seven days a week — so that missing a session because of a logistical problem becomes a thing of the past.

  • Reliable rides to treatment 7 days a week
  • Appointments, meetings, job interviews, healthcare
  • Dignified, judgment-free service
  • Over 5,000 rides provided to date

"Every ride is a barrier removed — and one more reason to keep showing up."
"Our RES team has walked this road. That's what makes their support extraordinary."

Peer-Led SupportRecovery Empowerment Specialists

Our Recovery Empowerment Specialists (RES) are individuals with their own lived experience in recovery. They provide mentorship, encouragement, crisis de-escalation, and the kind of authentic support that only comes from someone who truly understands.

Peer support is not a supplementary service at Hope & Chance — it is at the heart of everything we do.

  • 8 dedicated RES specialists on staff
  • All have lived recovery experience
  • Crisis de-escalation and emotional support
  • Accountability coaching and mentorship

Building BelongingCommunity Outreach

Isolation is one of the greatest threats to sustained recovery. Our community outreach programs build genuine connection — linking individuals to support groups, social activities, volunteer opportunities, and cultural communities that create meaningful belonging.

"Isolation fuels addiction. Community fuels recovery."
"Compassionate accountability — because structure and compassion build recovery together."

Long-Term StabilityAccountability & Recovery Guidance

Our accountability coaching provides the consistent structure, encouragement, and gentle challenge that recovery requires over time. We celebrate victories, address setbacks with compassion, and keep individuals focused on their long-term vision.

Accountability is not punitive here — it is a profound act of belief in another person's capacity to grow.
